My story so far
I started my working life in office administration. When computers arrived in the workplace, I became one of the early computer operators, and that curiosity turned into many years working in IT. In 2004 I completed a BSc in Computer Networks at the Middlesex University https://www.mdx.ac.uk

How I teach
- Education over shortcuts. You learn what to do and why, so you can adapt when platforms change.

- Long-term growth over quick wins. Steady, consistent progress beats a burst of activity followed by burnout.
- One step at a time. Plain English, no assumed knowledge, and as many questions as you need.
Who I work with
My work is designed for people who are new to online marketing, prefer learning over hype, and value transparency and personal responsibility. You don’t need prior experience — just curiosity and a willingness to practise.
